1. What WingSalsa provides

WingSalsa is a digital product for wingfoil riders, instructors, and schools. It helps users log sessions, review progress, coordinate school activity, and access AI-assisted guidance based on their recorded training history.

2. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity performed through your account.
• Information used to create or maintain your account should be accurate and kept reasonably up to date.
• We may suspend access in cases of abuse, unauthorized access, fraud, or behavior that puts other users or the platform at risk.

3. Training logs, shared content, and school spaces

• You are responsible for the session notes, progress data, images, comments, and other content you upload or share.
• If you share a session publicly or inside a school space, you authorize WingSalsa to display that content according to the visibility settings you choose.
• School admins and authorized staff are responsible for managing memberships, invites, and role assignments inside their school areas.

4. AI coach and training guidance

WingSalsa may provide AI-generated summaries, suggestions, or coaching support. These outputs are informational only. They do not replace qualified instruction, local safety judgment, weather assessment, or professional medical advice.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform to harm, harass, impersonate, or mislead other users.
• Do not upload unlawful material or attempt to access data, schools, or accounts without permission.
• Do not interfere with the normal operation, security, or integrity of the service.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service over time. We may also update these terms when the product, legal requirements, or operating model changes.

7. Safety and responsibility

Wingfoil is a weather- and condition-dependent activity. You remain responsible for your own decisions on the water, your equipment choices, and whether conditions are suitable for your level.
